2. Girls with fat toes should hide them.
3. People should learn how to park properly.
4. Heavy people should wear looser fitting clothing and no bikinis.
5. Professors should either speak English without an accent or be amazing (a combination of the two is preferred).
6. Useless classes will be banned.
7. Birds will not poo on windshields.
8. Commercials will be nonexistent and megavideo will not have a time limit.
9. Police will stop trying to give poor students parking tickets.
10. And while we're dreaming I would like to have the ability to manipulate time.
