Board.

Haha! That was us last year when Comcast wasn't working. So true, so true. If you don't have internet you don't really know what to do with yourself. Come to think of it, the time in which our internet wasn't working was the only time all four of us were out in the common area talking to each other. I think last year they ended up playing badminton in the living room (yeah, don't ask... hella 白人). I'll admit that people do indeed interact with each other more often if there's no internet. Maybe this is how people were supposed to be in the past... hmm, how foreign. What? People aren't supposed to isolate themselves in their respective rooms and watch shows all day? Weird...

Recently I've been trying to relive the past. I went on Google to try and find Clue online, but the thing is it's not the same as playing it as a board game. It's much more fun to yell at the people across from you and accuse them of being the murderer or whatever. Another game that I also liked was Guess Who? Does anyone even know what that is? Anyway E and I used to always play it whenever she came over... though if your person was wearing a hat you pretty much lose automatically. Good times. Also, does anyone know how to play Snakes and Ladders? That game always confused me so much. I know that you go up the ladders and down the snakes, but I just never saw much purpose in the game. Is it really supposed to be that simple? One more thing... I always ask people "Where in the World is Carmen San Diego?" or I make a lame joke that refers to that game/series of games because I was a huge fan (I had the board game and all of the educational games on CD... yeah, I was that cool), but most of the time I get very puzzled facial expressions. This is what I'm talking about. Geez. I feel old or something. It's like me trying to talk to my cousins about Muppet Babies as they give me these "Whaaaaaat?" looks. How depressing.

M's mom went psycho cleaning lady and cleaned out all the cabinets. I left a packet of coffee in there for this morning, but now it's gone SO Starbucks it is. Thank goodness there's a drive through because I don't actually have to leave my car. Very convenient. I love how they encourage my laziness especially when it's only a 2 minute drive to Starbucks from my house to begin with. :)
