Today was a cookie day. I know, really random, but like I said I'm trying to get rid of all of my flour... Though I'm pretty sure I still have around two cups left. I think I can make a few lamingtons with that. We'll see. I'm trying out a new recipe because my old one took too long. Whatever man, caramelizing the butter is overrated and it takes too long. I wish I could just retire. Life would be so happy and filled with unicorns and rainbows and pastries. Too bad I'm in this cold, dark place right now. Wallowing in my own sorrow. I kid. Anyway, I ended up making 96 or 8 dozen. Crazy right?! And yet somehow I still didn't finish my flour! So sad. Well if you guys want any... They're going pretty fast, so just come pick some up.
