Whatcha see

I can't believe people are traveling around and having such a good time this summer. If I go on Facebook I see pictures of New York, Cambridge, Taiwan, Canada, etc. I always like looking through pictures of different places because it's so cool. Recently, I've realized something that everyone has in common when they travel. They always take pictures of everything--even minor details that one wouldn't pay attention to under normal circumstance because everything is always fascinating while in a different place. I just think that it's funny sifting through peoples' albums and seeing fire hydrants in New York or vending machines in Taiwan. I'm sure when residents see the whole picture taking thing they're probably thinking "What a dweeb." But I think these random pictures encourages one to stop, notice, and appreciate the self-proclaimed insignificant details in ones life.

Anyway, I hope people keep traveling. I'm trying to live vicariously off of pictures. Sad right?
