HAPPY BIRTHDAY M! Yeah, today is M's birthday, so I decided to make her favorite: tarts! Though I'll admit that tarts are probably my least favorite thing to make just because they're so time consuming and take around two days if you add prep time, but for my friends I will. Good thing I don't have many friends or else I would just be baking all the time~ I should decrease my amount of friends even more! Just kidding, just kidding. If you're special I'll bake for you. That's how it works. I feel like the best present is time since it's so scarce. If someone is willing to take time to do something for me I'll be extremely ecstatic and grateful. Anyway, I finally bought a fluted tart pan. I haven't been wanting to because they're so freaking expensive and I rarely make tarts, but whatever... I suppose that just means that I should make more tarts now that I bought one.
I can't wait until I can retire and open my own bakery. Goodness gracious. I'm talking about retiring, but I haven't even finished college yet. Sigh.
